(Yoga for Breakfast or Lunch)

   

Are you able to imagine that there are Yoga-exercises which are easy to learn and to accomplish without difficult or complicated body postures? Which energize, vitalize your body in a way that you only believe by experiencing it?

I am used to have a cold shower each morning since my 22nd birthday ... but still ... I wasn't able to wash my hair cold. This was too much!

But since i am doing these exercises several times a day (but minimum once a day!) - it is so wonderful having this pleasure .... It is really incredible how much my energy level changed!!!

Becoming physical younger, energizing your body which goes hand in hand with reducing your need to sleep, getting more strength and condition, having a clearer mind and concentration etc. ... all that are results of doing on a daily basis these 7-Maharani-Yoga-exercises! Only 10 or 15 Minutes per day (for example instead of having breakfast or lunch if you don't have time during the rest of the day!)

... you will feel the difference after only 4 or 6 weeks daily praxis ... you will recognize that you feel more positive, more attractive, more elastic and energetic and ... that people will look at you in a admiring way!

You will improve your radiation positively!

So ... if you look for the secret of "real health, beauty, youth, fitness, and more (energy)" then you find here another step besides nutrition or diet!

Daily 10 to 15 Minutes ... only in the morning, at noon or in the evening (before going to bed for example) -- as your breakfast or at the time of lunch break -- are more than enough to experience a first change ...
